Despite a rainy afternoon, Wet Spot, one of the quirky and vital characters behind the scenes of the Minnesota Rollergirls, took charge and made sure the track was dry enough for the Dairyland Dolls to take on his home team at the Mallard’s Duckpond in Minnesota. The action at the Duckpond this August was the first outdoor roller derby event in decades.
