Ingredients:
-1 pound duck meat (from 3 to 4 ducks)
-12-ounce package of bacon
Teriyaki marinade
-1/3 cup water
-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-1/3 cup soy sauce
-1 teaspoon crushed garlic
-1 tablespoon sherry
Directions:
Cut duck into two-inch strips. Marinate the meat for at least 4 hours in a teriyaki marinade (or a prepared meat marinade). Remove duck from marinade and wrap each strip in bacon. Secure with a toothpick. Grill over medium heat until the bacon is crispy and the duck is cooked through.
