The Marine Terminal Building is a former marine warehouse that has been renovated into loft apartments complete with lake access. Located in Milwaukee’s most up-and-coming neighborhood, the Third Ward District, this brand new development is close to anything you would need. This area features chic sushi bars and “upscale cocktail lounges” and caters to the hippest of the hip. Jonny Blackburn, a current UW student who will graduate in December is already looking at places in the Third Ward. “One of my best friends from home [Milwaukee] is graduating in December.
